Return, Refund and Repair Policy

Upside Down Labs designs DIY Electronics & Neuroscience Kits for students and researchers that are affordable and easy to use so that they can explore electronics & neuroscience while making amazing projects.

The policies mentioned below are only applicable for Indian customers.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You are eligible for a partial refund (25%-50%) if product is shipped back to us within 14-days, given either of these are true,

1. You send back a damaged product with original packaging intact (25% refund*)
2. Product is intact/working/not-assembled but, it’s not in its original packaging (40% refund*)
3. Product is intact/working/not-assembled and is in its original packaging (50% refund*)

Note: 

1. You can raise the return and refund query by emailing us at support@upsidedownlabs.tech
2. Return is not applicable for the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Kits where you will have to solder the components on the PCB
3. The refund amount will not include the shipping fees.
4. For return, you will have to ship the product back.

You are not eligible for any refund if in case,

1. Return request is raised after 14 days of delivery.
2. If the order is placed using any coupon codes.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the product at our warehouse.

1 YEAR REPAIR POLICY

We test our products 3 times for any kind of manufacturing defects. So there are minimal chances for any kind of manufacturing defects. Still in case there are any manufacturing defects or you damage the product while using then you can apply for a repair within 1 year from the date of receiving the product by emailing us at support@upsidedownlabs.tech

You will have to bear some minimal cost like

For first 30 days:

1. Free repair
2. Cost of shipping the product to and fro from your address and our office address

For next 11 months:

1. Cost of parts that will be changed while repairing
2. Cost of shipping the product to and fro from your address and our office address

You are not eligible for any repair if

1. You bought a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Kit where you will have to solder the components on a PCB
2. The repair request is raised after 1 year from the date of receiving the product
