Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver products purchased from Upside Down Labs Store in an excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Please note that processing time may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods
We offer normal, priority and premium delivery options for all our orders which can be selected at the checkout page.
Normal Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 4-5 days.
Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 days excluding Sunday and shipping holidays.
Premium Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 hours excluding Saturday, sunday and shipping holidays.
Note: If the order total is ₹999 or more, we will deliver the product free of cost with normal shipping. But in case the order total is below ₹999, then a nominal shipping charge will be applicable.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
How can you track the order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged/Lost package
We take utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they reach you in perfect condition and on time. However, in case you received a damaged package or have not received your package even after 10 days (excluding sunday and shipping holidays), then please contact us immediately at contact@upsidedownlabs.tech. We will work with you to resolve the issue asap.
