A small and easy to use Lipo charger that can be easily integrated into your projects. Just plug any USB Cable into USB port on one side and the lithium ion rechargeable battery into the JST connector on the other side. There are 2 LEDs available on the lipo charger, one green and one blue. While charging the red LED will be on and when the battery is full charged the blue LED will lit up.
The charging is done in 3 stages using this lipo charger:
- A preconditioning charge,
- A constant-current fast charge
- Finally a constant-voltage trickle charge to keep the battery topped-up.
Note: By default it is configured for a 100mA charging current so it will work with any size battery and USB port but the charging current is adjustable to 400mA by soldering a jumper on the front of lipo charger to make it work for charging batteries with 400mAh size or larger
